SEME 2016 Conference: Keynotes Set from Facebook, Under Armour & Red Bull

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The 13th Annual Sports*Events*Marketing*Experience (SEME 2016) – the premier national sports career and networking conference – is set for April 8-9, 2016, in Washington, D.C. at Verizon Center and American University and has kicked off Early Bird Discount Registration online at www.TheSEME.com. The event has sold out seven consecutive years.

The first two announced Keynote Speakers are Rob Shaw from Facebook, Ryan Kuehl from Under Armour, and Bill Connors from Red Bull, continuing a legacy of prominent global keynotes. Ted Leonsis, Owner, Chairman and CEO of Monumental Sports & Entertainment (Wizards, Capitals, Mystics, Verizon Center), will provide a special kickoff reception Friday night. Friday Networking Lunch Breakout Session Features One-on-One Access to Over 20 Sports Executives, hosted by Bram Weinstein.

The highlight for Day 2 includes the impactful Breakfast with Buffy immersion with Buffy Filippell of TeamWork Online, the nations leading sports job placement resource. Also featured is the Personal Brand Elevator Pitch Competition Challenge, sponsored by AU’s Kogod School of Business. Finally, Saturday’s Young Executives Breakout Lunch will feature 30-Sports-Professionals-Under-30 Who Will Share Their Secrets To Breaking In and Moving Up in the Industry.
